Last week I had a few free hours to explore Berlin and Versace’s new store in the Kurfürstendamm high-street area really caught my eye. They make use of decorative surface-mount track lighting that becomes a very brand-appropriate addition to the architecture, while using exquisitely detailed glowing panels meticulously set into the millwork above the shelving.
The end result is a lighting scheme that is at once clean, bright and minimal while expressing the Versace brand. Oh, and the merchandise looks fab, too!
Unfortunately I didn’t get any good images, but I found some PR photos at DeFuze.
