I had a wonderful time presenting “A Presence in the Light” at the Future Forum conference at Light + Building in fabulous Frankfurt. My essential thesis is that architectural lighting needs to part ways with its legacy foundational technologies before it ever can really use AI effectively to create innovative new placemaking concepts.

And I really appreciate when so many industry colleagues approach me at the end of one of my talks with such enthusiasm for all of my “crazy ideas”!
