Liza Stark is a game designer and teacher at Parson’s in New York. I came across her interesting website called “The Soft Circuiteer” which demonstrates very creative explorations into the integration of electronics with textiles. For example, she has a home-brew project on how to make a textile mat with home-made pressure sensors. Some wild ideas throughout her site for cool e-textile concepts.
Lots of inspiration for how to embedded lighting and controls into textile-based surfaces.
