Audio gear manufacturer JBL recently released a portable Bluetooth speaker called JBL Pulse with built-in LED lighting effects.  Looks a little small for the lighting effect, but of course it is meant to be portable.  An interesting mix of audio, interactive lighting, and smartphone control potential.  I wonder if it will gain enough traction to get some needed refinements and expansions of the control potential.

Hummm…a fusion of a consumer audio product with cool lighting?  Geee…I have no idea what company makes both audio and lighting products…
