LightnTec is a German-based startup founded in 2016 that is developing and launching an LED media display produced on an ultra-thin, flexible, translucent foil substrate.  And the product can be cut in-field too, as you can see in their video of their conference pitch.  I screen captured them cutting a piece of their product below.

I wonder what are the limits of their technology for creating finer pixel pitches?  50mm is gigantic by modern standards of LED media screens?
